Pierson Orthodontics (1604 Office Finish Out) is a 4,000 square foot Orthodontics office we built in 2018. We worked with the Pierson’s from Design stage to punch list. This is one of 2 offices we have completed for them.

Pierson Orthodontics Culebra

Pierson Orthodontics (Culebra Road Office Finish Out). This Office Finish Out is 3,011 square foot located in one of our Professional Office Buildings in Culebra Phase II. We built this office along with their other office on 1604) We worked with the Pierson's from Design Phase to Punch List.

Smithson Valley Family Dental

Smithson Valley Family Dental was both a Ground Up building with an Office Finish Out. This one is a 3,000 square foot building we started in 2017 and completed in 2018. This beautiful building is in the Spring Branch/Bulverde area off of Hwy 46. We worked with the Wright family from Design to Punch list.

Alamo Heights Implant Center

Alamo Heights Implant Center is both a Ground Up Building and Office Finish Out. This is a 2,940 square foot building in San Antonio. We worked with them from Design to Punch List.

KLT Dentistry

KLT Dentistry is a 3,683 square foot Dental Office Finish Out located in one of our Professional Office buildings. This is a more modern office, we worked with Dr. Tibbetts from Design to Punch list. We built this office along side of the Shell Building Construction in 2017-2018.

Lost Creek Dental

Lost Creek Dental is both an Office Finish Out and Professional Office Building located in our Culebra Phase I property. This is a 6,537 square foot multi-use Dental Facility that we built in 2014-2015. We worked with this group from Design to Punch List.

Spring Time Family Dental

Spring Time Family Dental Care was a 3,000 square foot Office Finish Out, inside of her 8,000 square foot Ground Up Shell Building that we also built in the San Antonio area.

ANI Spine & Brain Surgery is 2,364 square foot Office Finish Out in one of our Professional Office Buildings in San Antonio. We have recently remodeled it to include an X-Ray room.

San Antonio Plastic Surgery Institute is a 2,617 square foot Surgical Center Office Finish Out in one of our Professional Office Buildings in San Antonio. This is the second Office Finish Out we have completed for them in this Building. The other office is their Plastic Surgery Office that was a . We completed this Surgery Office in 2018.

Alamo Heights Dermatology

Alamo Heights Dermatology is both and Office Finish Out and a Ground Up Building we completed in 2018. The Shell Building is 10,648 square foot building with a concrete parking lot. The Dermatology Finish Out was 6,672 Square Foot Office Finish Out. They have 3,907 of Lease space.

Stratton Rehabilitation

Stratton Rehabilitation is a 6,200 square foot Physical Therapy facility we built out in our Culebra Phase I complex. This has several exam rooms and a large therapy room.
